Life Is Beautiful

It is a long weekend for Merdeka holidays. I have planned to go back hometown to spend my weekend with my parents as well as the lovely dogs. However, due to the limited weekends that I have before I move into my new apartment, I need to give up the trip and start painting my apartment. Thank God I am not going to do it alone. My bro, cousins and friends will be helping out. Will post up before and after photos once the painting is complete.

Welcome back to Bali again! I remembered in my previous posting I mentioned there were no rooms for us.So, what happen actually?? Adhi Dharma Hotel Lobby We booked our hotel online from website which belong to external party. We are not sure what went wrong that the hotel did not reserve the rooms for us. August is the peak month where most hotels are fully booked. The hotel realised their mistake up front and apologised. The offered us with Family Suite with complimentary massage or dinner. However, Dylan was smart...he requested to view the family suite first...he told us, 'Lets view first..if the room is not good then we can ask for more compensation...aakkakaka!' So we went to view the rooms...(no photos taken) we were too busy worrying about the rooms..When we get into the room..it was a total disappointment...2 single bed and one double bed in a row...that's it...no living hall..and only one bathroom...we were so disappointed..."you call this family suite?".

I.went.home.last.week.to.visit.this.little.baby.bobby.He.is.now.5.months.old. By.the.way.,you.must.be.wondering.how.come.my.sentences.do.not.have.any.spaces.in.between.heheheh I.am.currently.at.my.brother's.house.and.using.my.sis.in.law's.laptop.to.create.this.posting.The.reason.there.are.no.spaces.in.between.is.because.my.nephew.has.plucked.off.the.spacebar.from.the.keyboard...poor.thing.... okie..back.to.Bobby...let's.see.some.of.his.photos.of.his.car.ride.. We arrive at Denpasar around 3pm and took a cab to the hotel. The journey was less than 30 minutes and it cost all together RM50,000 per cab (RM18.00). Upon arrival, the hotel told us that they have missed our booking. Hence NO ROOM for us!!! Hahaha...i shall tell you guys more about it in my next posting..let me share our nice food first....heheh...once we checked-in, u can see 4 hungry ghost roaming at Kuta Town looking for food. We found a restaurant nearby the hotel (walking distance)called Simpang Inn and this is what we ate.. Caq Au Vin (Rp 40,000) It is French's Favourite which include chicken, mushroom, bacon, onion, green pepper, and carrot, served with potato. Oriental SteakFish Marlin (Rp 40,000) Pork Chop (Rp 53,000) Thai Coconut Chicken with Steam Rice (Rp38,000) Teh Botol (Rp 4,000) - All of us had the same drink..but not all of us like it..

I have been away for exactly a week. What happen?! I went to Bali, Indonesia with my 3 lovely friends...it was a 5 days 4 nights breakaway, covering major places in Bali. The entire trip cost us less than RM1.2k (flight + hotels + food + transport on the ground). Thanks to Air Asia , we managed to book the return flight for only around RM350 per person early March this year. We booked our accomodation via online website www.hoteltravel.com . You can find greats deals online without going to Matta Fair. Upon arriving Bali, we grab all the free travel brochures and start planning our trips ...will post more details in the up coming posts....check out yea!

I miss the pug back at my parents house. It has been more than a week since I last went home. Its going to be another week before I can see bobby again...here are a few shots of his first day home ..... Hi my name is Bobby! We had a gathering at Miss Sharon's House yesterday. It was a 'PotLuck Gathering' where each of us will prepare a type of food for makan-makan (means eat in Malay Language). A pieceful view of the neigbourhood. This is a duplex townhouse somewhere in Puchong... The cozy dining hall is waiting for all the guest of honours... Baby Gordon is the youngest guest of the day! The host busy preparing the food... All the guest and food arrived finally....We have Mango Salad, Chicken Curry, Roti Jala, Grilled Chicken, Lasagne, Fried Bihun, etc....Lots of food to fill the stomach! Slurp!!

A best friend of mine bought me some donuts from Big Apple yesterday. Lovely! She passed them to me after our dinner. So, I decided to keep them for breakfast. Big Apple serves donuts with variety flavours and they are best consumed after re-heat with just 8 seconds in microwave. However,I find it nice even without re-heating them. Thanks for the donuts Princess Aoki!! :P
