Father's Day Gift 2008

Father's Day was just around the corner when I was thinking what to get for my Dad. It has been always a difficult task when come to think of what to buy for man. I never have problem thinking what to buy for my mum. But, when come to dad, all of us will need to crack our head.

This year, it is a bit easier. Dad has been talking about PUG everytime I goes back to hometown. He will even flip through the newspaper, circled the information and sometimes even cut them out and ask me, 'Where is this place har?...They say they are selling pug!' But I never made the effort to find out more..

Finally, my sis in law and me were chatting over the internet. What to get for dad? Hehehe...I know! PUG! and trust me...it is not easy to find pug. Sis Jessica (my sis in law), have been browsing the net for many many days in order to find a suitable one. And my job is to go and view the puppies and transport it back hometown...hehehe...thanks Sis...

From now on, mum and dad will be busy with the little pug. We name him Bobby! Dad, if you are reading this...HAPPY FATHER'S DAY once again! and MUM...Don't scold us anymore for bringing a puppy home yea !!! ehhehe

WHAT TO DO IF STOPPED BY MALAYSIAN POLICE

I do not know how true is the story but knowing is better than not knowing at times..This can be a very useful information although it may be sometime ago kind of story... The next time you are stopped by persons who claimed they are plainclothes police, you are under no obligation to answer their questions or follow their orders, lawyers told Malaysiakini today. "Policeman who is not wearing his uniform does not have the authority to stop anyone," lawyer and human rights activist Sivarasa Rasiah said. Sivarasa was commenting on the alleged gang-rape of an 18-year-old Uni student by four men claiming to be police officers on New Year's Eve. The girl said that her car was stopped in Taman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur and were asked by the men to open the car bonnet. She was then told that she had committed an offence and ordered to follow the men to a police station. The girl was driven in her car along the North-South expressway to the Tapah-Cameron Highlands road before...

People Make Mistakes

Sounds familiar? This is very common and yes, its the truth! "People Do Make Mistakes". One important thing we need to constantly remember is..no one on earth is 'perfect'. Neither should we expect one nor try to be one. We will never find a perfect end to it, instead we will end up just living in the IDEAL world of thoughts throughout our lives. I am touching on this in this post due to many factors which I personally experience it through different circumstances. 1. If you do not accept the fact that "People Make Mistakes", you may easily set unrealistic expectations. In no time, you will find that you get upset or frustrated when things do not workout the way you may have highly expected on. 2. Worst case would be when you do not realise that you have fallen into "Perfectionist" trap, your frustration will lead to "No Confidence", and subsequently to "Self Guilt"/"Self Pity" and then....lastly "Depression"...
