Weekend around Home Sweet Home

Yay! Weekend is here again! another superb week has gone passed and time to take a break and rejuvenate! So, what's up this weekend?

It is Father's Day! Despite the busy schedule and tight deadlines at work, I am glad that I got to get back home to celebrate this year's Father's Day with dad. Thanks to Chris and Alvin for the ride back...I can't imagine having to drive back alone after a tiring day at work :)

Of course beside seeing mum and dad, I am feeling so HAPPY to see little Bobby again!! Will post the latest pic of him soon!

2 Years without Posting

2 years have passed so quickly and out of a sudden, I've decided to pay this blog a visit. Reading all the old post help to refresh good memories and great events which happened past years. My last posting was a short one showing the ultrasound scan of our 1st baby at 38weeks + and now...I am 27 weeks pregnant with my second baby. Can you see how time flies? Mini Lobsters I ate in Shanghai!

My job required me to travel very frequently to Shanghai last year. Somewhere during the 2nd half of the year, mini lobster has become our favorite. We will walk all the way to the stores and order few kilos of the fried mini lobsters each time. Recently, I received an email from a friend of mine reminding the danger of eating this mini creature! Please be alert of this food item... It may infect your lung. Do not eat these mini lobsters.These mini crustaceans are literally the garbage cleaners in the sewage treatment plants. The 'dirtier' the water, the fatter these mini lobsters become.Their lungs are full of worms and their flesh saturated with poisonous metals.Unscrupulous merchants somehow found a way to get these marketed to eateries. Do not order this dish. Pass this to those friends who may want to try these mini 'lobsters'. Even with this email, i think it is still worth it to try coz it is niceeee!!!
