Slim & Trim ~ Without Feeling Grim

Here is another quick guide from my to be thrown away magazine... DON'T GO ON DIET - successful slimming is more likely to be achieved by subtle changes in your eating habits and lifestyle. Don't ban any food from your slimming plan, especially things you like. Enjoy small portion from time to time. Banning food is a sure-fire way to make you crave them. EAT SLOWLY AND YOU'LL EAT LESS - put your knife and fork down between mouthfuls, sip water with your meals and take smaller bites. It takes a while for your body to recognise that it has had enough of food - the slower you can eat, the less you'll want. Dont't feel the urge to clean your plate. Fragrance - The DOs & DONTs...WHENs & HOW TOs

I was clearing some of my old magazines and papers over the weekend and found some useful tips. Decided to PASTE it here to share with the rest of you before i throw the magazines away :) Enjoy! Always apply your fragrance before you dress. It is very difficult to remove the scent of perfume from clothing. Do not spray scent directly on your clothes because perfume can stain fabrics and cling to them. Keep perfume bottles tightly closed. Perfume ingredients may include alcohol, which evaporates quickly. Keep perfume out of reach of small children. Ingesting perfume can make your child very sick. Avoid spraying or applying perfume to your face, especially near your eyes. Consider the comfort of others when you wear perfume. You may not be able to smell it, but others can. All the above sounds basic huh? but do not be surprised some people may not know it especially the last point :)

Sivarasa was commenting on the alleged gang-rape of an 18-year-old Uni student by four men claiming to be police officers on New Year's Eve. The girl said that her car was stopped in Taman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur and were asked by the men to open the car bonnet. She was then told that she had committed an offence and ordered to follow the men to a police station. The girl was driven in her car along the North-South expressway to the Tapah-Cameron Highlands road before...
