I went to Melaka for a day trip with Elaine and Alven. I was thinking it would be a good idea to do something different or go somewhere different rather than meeting up for lunch or dinner in KL. Suggested the idea and then there we went...explore the historic town.. The first thing that we will never missed is the Melaka famous Chicken Rice Ball. By the time we arrived Melaka, it was just in time for lunch...Have you tried this? A photo with Elaine after a year since her last trip back to Malaysia. Seok Yee and Hong Jye, you both should not have gone home....we ate so much....Satay...cendol...Fried Oyster...etc...Melaka food was so cheap..a glass of fresh orange juice was only RM1.60!

'Pai Kia' in Hokkien means notorious/BAD child.. I went to Cheras Old Town Coffee for dinner with 2 friends. This used to be our meeting place to catch up and chit chat..the parking was FREE all the while. Even if there is charges, normally DBKL will not collect parking fee after certain hours such as 6pm onwards.. Today, after I parked my car, a motorcyclist came and asked for money. This is quite normal in most places where you get to see someone trying to collect some fee from you 'illegally'. Most of the time, they request for RM1 the most..some poor beggars may ask for 50cents, depending on the places/spots AND most of the time the poor public will just pay in order to avoid unncessary trouble like car got scratched etc. However, this time the guy asked for RM3 (I was shocked!) TO ALL FRIENDS JUST A SMALL BUT MEANINGFUL INFO FM ME TO YOU AND YR FRIENDS...MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OF H1N1 SINCE IT PRACTICALLY HIT US LIKE A TIME BOMB..... My staff was crying herself sick on Tuesday morning...was told that her son was confirmed of H1N1 in his Uni at Kangar, Perlis...worse was that when he was bedridden 2 days the warden didnt even bother to sent to hospital till his dad came fm KL and with his friends assistance brought him to GH Kangar.... No one bothered in the hospital and he was put in the normal ward for another 2 days!!! (imagine the amount of people he has infected!!) .....after 2 days and his eyes were turning yellow and saliva greenish...he was put in quarantined room... His mom practically fainted just telling me the story.. cant do much cos she does not have enough money to go to the north with the father... First thing we did was made her call the hospital and insist that they sent him to Sg.Buloh Hospital or any other hospit

In our busy lifestyle, one of the best way to find inner peace is to have a Quiet Time. Be it 5 minutes, 10 minutes or half an hour. Allocate a space for Quiet Time Each Day...But what are we supposed to do during this Quiet Time? Hmm...its a time where you spend your time just for yourself and GOD...Tell Him what have you been up to! Share with Him not only your trouble but also your joy...Spend time with HIM constrantly and you shall feel the difference with His Presence..

We just simply thought of hanging out together and have some get together over the weekend..something quick and easy....Gather in a place and order pizza delivery..Seok Yee ordered a special jelly cake for ALL OF US! it says 10th Friendship Anniversary (count from class 1999). In actual fact..its more than 10 years..we knew a few since kindergarten..

We are having a good time at Delicious! Iris just touched down few hours ago from Penang...decided to bring her to places where you yet to find them in Penang! Stuffed ourself with loads of deliciooussss yummy food......can u see the brownie?! and Iris just complain..I can't sit up straight anymore!! you should know why...heheeheh

After weeks, ermm...dun think it hit months yet..that I left office late every night and skip gym sessions..sounds okie at first...but then as time goes by it accumulates..the effect starts to haunt me.. I feel lethargic, I feel grumpy, tired and worst HOT Tempered! Oh one more! busy creating FATS!! Finally..today I manage to drag myself to wake up and hit the treadmill in the morning and joined RPM in the evening (phew...thought I could not make it at first).. All energy for the day is used up by now..time for bed.....

Really long long time.....I just could not recall when was the last time I blog if not by referring to the date stamp on the last post.. Gosh..life has been superb hectic..its all about work and struggle to strike a balance with the personal time... By Force! (bought RM370 return flight ticket KL-HONG KONG-KL a year ago), I got myself out from the rat race for a few days. Hong Kong was not the most suitable destination to relax and refresh as I was just too busy shopping and eating the moment I touch down in Hong Kong..hahaha..I guess, Bali would have been best match to unload everything... Anyway, the trip was great! The bunch of shopaholic travel gang was superb as well. Shall we make it annual event? :P
