Swimming Is Good

I was feeling so lazy since I came back from vacation. Thought of going to gym was there but the action to it wasn't. This morning went for a swim at the pool in my apartment. "This", he said, "this is not a slip. This is lingerie". He discarded the tissue and handed me the lingerie. It was exquisite, silk, handmade and trimmed with a cobweb lace. The price tag was still attached. "Jen bought this the first time we went to New York, at least 8 to 9 years ago. She never wore it. She was saving it for a special occasion. Well, I guess this is the occasion. He took the lingerie from me and put it on the bed with other clothes we were taking to the mortician. His hand lingered on the soft material for a moment and turned to me. "Don't ever save anything for a special occasion. Everyday you're alive is a special occasion."
