No Rooms For Us in Bali?!



Welcome back to Bali again! I remembered in my previous posting I mentioned there were no rooms for us.So, what happen actually??

Adhi Dharma Hotel Lobby



We booked our hotel online from website which belong to external party. We are not sure what went wrong that the hotel did not reserve the rooms for us. August is the peak month where most hotels are fully booked. The hotel realised their mistake up front and apologised. The offered us with Family Suite with complimentary massage or dinner. However, Dylan was smart...he requested to view the family suite first...he told us, 'Lets view first..if the room is not good then we can ask for more compensation...aakkakaka!'

So we went to view the rooms...(no photos taken) we were too busy worrying about the rooms..When we get into the room..it was a total disappointment...2 single bed and one double bed in a row...that's it...no living hall..and only one bathroom...we were so disappointed..."you call this family suite?"...looks more like a hostel bedroom to me...then we asked for Adhi Dharma Cottage. I remembered I kinda like the cottage which is situated outside the hotel..

We requested to view the cottage and find it better than the family suite...so we decided to take it up...but no more compensation if we opt for cottage...its okie....at least doesnt look and feel like hostel...

Overall their service is still good. At least they admit their mistake and tried to offer something to compensate...

Weekend within Klang Valley

It has been many many many weeks since I last spent my weekend here without traveling to anywhere out of Klang Valley..and yet, weekend was interesting! Saturday - Started my morning workout with Mary at gym by attending Kat's Fitball Core class. One very crucial lesson learnt in the class was - in order to stay balanced with the ball, u shall stay focus! This does not apply only in the class, but we should apply to our daily life as well. Agree with me? Headed to church for Sabbath Service after lunch. The sermon by Pr Daniel was about Lead a much More Beautiful Life :) Guess the message just came to me at the right time. Another reminder to myself too! At night - haha, another interesting event. Went for SHAPE & MEN'S HEALTH MAGAZINE's Night Marathon 5km. The timing wasn't really good as I took 40mins to complete 5km..hmmm..need more training! Sunday! Is the best day besides Saturday because, you don't have to work! I Nearly Lost All of Them

Well, if my mum is reading this..i can visualise her starting to nag about my carelessness...yes mum..I know...I am indeed careless.. I left my sports shoe at gym's locker this morning...Only realise it when i reach office (half hour after I left gym)..First thing first in the office, I searched for IOI Fitness First number..got it and called... Hello...Hmm I left my shoe at locker number XXX,..can you check? Just a while ago.. The front desk replied..Oh ..okie can I have your name and contact number...blah blah blah..I gave and he promised to call me back... After more than an hour, no one called. So, in desperation to know if my shoe is still there..I called back.Hmm i called just now about my shoe..the same person answered..Oh Oh..lena rite?
