It has been a long time

Phew..it is going to be a month soon since I last blog over here.

What have I been busy doing>?
#1 - Work
#2 - Work again
#3 - Workout
#4 - Workout again....

Despite being busy...I still love the #3 & #4 buzynesss....

On 16 Nov, I joined my first Marathon run in Penang. (Penang International Bridge Run). Being a first timer, I humbly signed up for only 10km run. It was an amazing experience. I never thought I could finish up the entire 10km...from there, I start to love running...

Ever since then, I started training in the gym for at least 5km each time I hop unto the running machine :) the feeling is so great!

Discipline Mind

Momentum starts with discipline. Set the right tone for the day by instilling mind with discipline. Discipline plays a crucial role to get things started because we don’t do what we should do every day. Our emotions tend to be bigger than our mind most of the time.
