Weekend Trip to Penang

Silly me. I bought Air Asia FREE Tickets to Penang Aug last year for this weekend's flight. It was only RM18 for the return tickets. However, only a week prior to this trip that I came to realise that it is a Public Holiday on Friday...wasted one day of holiday that I could have spent it in Penang as well..

Woke up at 5.30am to drive to LCCT for the flight, reached airport at 6.40am. The schedule shown that my flight AK5352 is departing at 8.30am. I was confused...the departure supposed to be 8.05am.

Here is the conversation at the check in counter:

Me: Is the flight to Penang delayed?
Ground Stewardess: No the flight is ON TIME.
Me: But..I bought my ticket with departure time at 8.05am
Ground Stewardess: Oh, it has been rescheduled
Me: **Confused** no one informed me
Ground Stewardess: You have to check it from the website.
Me: Took my ticket and left **Angry**

This is not a good service!!

Mini Lobsters I ate in Shanghai!

My job required me to travel very frequently to Shanghai last year. Somewhere during the 2nd half of the year, mini lobster has become our favorite. We will walk all the way to the stores and order few kilos of the fried mini lobsters each time. Recently, I received an email from a friend of mine reminding the danger of eating this mini creature! Please be alert of this food item... It may infect your lung. Do not eat these mini lobsters.These mini crustaceans are literally the garbage cleaners in the sewage treatment plants. The 'dirtier' the water, the fatter these mini lobsters become.Their lungs are full of worms and their flesh saturated with poisonous metals.Unscrupulous merchants somehow found a way to get these marketed to eateries. 2 Years without Posting

2 years have passed so quickly and out of a sudden, I've decided to pay this blog a visit. Reading all the old post help to refresh good memories and great events which happened past years. My last posting was a short one showing the ultrasound scan of our 1st baby at 38weeks + and now...I am 27 weeks pregnant with my second baby. Can you see how time flies? Here is the 2nd baby's ultrasound scan at 26 weeks.
