Whenever we are feeling less motivated, out of shape or just falling into complacent routine, we need to get up quickly before it gets worst. I've found a few useful tips online to stay FIT!
- Share your goals with others
- Surround yourself with active people
- Turn off the TV - Oh yes, turn it OFF!
- Set a fun fitness goal.
- Sleep in your workout clothes. Haha..It works!
